Rachel began working with Siblings Forever in 2014 as a Kennesaw State University Human Services program intern. Once she had a little taste of what Siblings Forever was all about, she immediately loved their mission and wanted to be more involved. From there she was a camp counselor in summer of 2014, joined the Board of Directors, and became the Co-Assistant Camp Director, then Co-Camp Director, alongside her brother, Caleb. Rachel stepped away from the Board of Directors in 2020, but came back in 2023 and currently serves as our Project Manager Camp Director. Rachel is thrilled to be back as an official member our Siblings Forever family. 

Rachel graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014 with a B. S. in Human Services, Case Management. She has worked as a nanny and in various care-taking positions over the last 9 years. Along with serving as our Camp Director, she currently works alongside her husband, Alex, as Cottage Parents for Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina. They welcomed their first child in September of 2023. They currently reside in Waynesville, NC.
